We discovered the spirit of the Central Coast with a Garden & Distillery Tour at Distillery Botanica in Erina.

Our journey began with a refreshing Moore’s Dry Gin and tonic on arrival, followed by a guided walk through our enchanting botanical gardens, where you’ll learn about the unique herbs and plants used in the award-winning spirits.

Then inside the working distillery to uncover the secrets of craft distillation process and the stories behind the signature gins and liqueurs. Then a guided tasting of our handcrafted range, from classic dry gin to seasonal liqueurs and Rums.
