There will be a two-course lunch, with entertainment by our very own Songsters and Christmas music selected by Ian Taylor. Also, Santa will be coming with his chocolates. Plus lucky door prizes.
Entrée: King Prawns with Smoked Salmon & Avocado on petit Salad with Lemon Aioli, or
Twice Baked Gruyere Cheese Souffle with a rich tomato sauce. Main: Oven Baked Leg of Pork w apple compote, baked vegetables, Cauliflower au Gratin, or
Lemon Myrtle Barramundi on Potato Rosti with Fresh Buttered Beans. Dessert: Homemade Christmas goodies wrapped for taking home to enjoy later (or eat straight away).
