This walk is selected to be a relaxing and non-strenuous short walk in order to cater for those who would like to participate in the walking programme.
The meeting point will be at 10am In the car park opposite Central Berk Cafe on the corner of Shannon Parade and Lakedge Avenue Berkeley Vale where the walk will commence. The intention is to walk north along the Tuggerah Lake foreshore up until the Lions Park Playground at Chittaway Bay. Then return and finish for coffee, for those who wish, at the Central Berk Café where the walk commenced.
This is a leisurely walk with a total distance of about 4.5km return. There is seating along the way for those who may not wish to do the entire walk.
Please ensure you bring a hat and sunscreen for what we hope will be a beautiful day.
