In March, 2025 Forresters Beach Probus Club celebrates
its Twentieth Anniversary. To mark this occasion it is a
time to acknowledge and appreciate some members
who have contributed to making and continue to make
our club great. Amongst these are Foundation members
who are still long standing members of our club, Life
members, Coordinators of Events, Garden Tours and
Getaways.

Blue swimmer crab meat, creme fraiche, apple, red onion, red cabbage puree and garlic ciabatta.
Duck breast pancake with black bean sauce, cucumber and spring onion. (Gluten free available)

Roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary, lemon and Dijon, pomme pave and seasonal greens. (Gluten free available)
Spinach and fetta chicken ballotine, with crispy prosciutto, grilled leek and sweet corn puree. (Gluten free available)
